- If you have an account with us, log in to check the order status. If it's marked as fulfilled/completed, your order has been dispatched.
- Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email from us containing the parcel's tracking number and a tracking URL for monitoring its progress.
- Ensure your email address is provided for tracking updates, and sharing your mobile number is advisable for better communication.

4. Shipping as a Gift

- All items are shipped in beautiful packaging without an invoice, allowing you to send them directly to your chosen recipient.

- Vibrancys.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package in your country. You will be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
- In rare cases, customs may request an invoice. Simply share our order confirmation email to comply.
- If you choose to decline/return a parcel, you will be refunded minus a return fee and restocking charge.
- For international shipments outside India, website prices exclude sales tax, and VAT is not collected at checkout. VAT and customs fees will be charged directly by the shipping service provider.
